The nursery is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Dalston opposite the church. Dalston is 4 miles South of Carlisle on the B5299 and is approx. 4 miles from junction 42 on the M6 motorway. Dalston is signposted from this junction.Map . Caldbeck on the Northern edge of the Lake District National Park is about 10 miles away and Keswick can be reached in a half hour drive.
The nursery is a small family business which specialises in herbaceous perennials with an extensive selection of hardy geraniums, grasses, hostas, hemerocallis and irises. You can view our herbaceous catalogue from this web page. We grow a wide variety of Basket, tub and patio plants as well as conifers and annual bedding plants. We also stock some interesting alpines and heathers. We try to maintain competitive prices with the average for perennials in a 1.5 or 2litre pot being around £2.30

UNFORTUNATELY because most of our plants are grown in quite large pots we regret that we cannot do MAIL ORDER.The nursery is open from 9-00 AM to 5-00 PM seven days each week from April to November and we look forward to your visit sometime.
